    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I rise to add my voice to the Natural Resources (Benefit Sharing) Bill. It is very important because this country is endowed with a lot of natural resources. Hon. Deputy Speaker, where I come from, Kitui, we have a lot of natural mineral resources, including coal and cement-producing inputs. It is very rich in terms of natural resources. When we see any attempt to put a legal framework that will guide the exploitation of these resources, we have no choice but to support it. That is why I am in support of this Bill.
