    "content": "Hon. Temporary Speaker, the people of Mukurweini Constituency have been represented in this august House since Independence. We do not expect the amendment of the Constitution 2010 to remove in any way a benefit from them. I support strongly that we retain and protect all the 27 constituencies that existed before the promulgation of the Constitution, 2010. It says that we cannot lose the benefits that we enjoyed before its promulgation. The 27 constituencies have served constituents for a long time. They enjoy the benefits of having a constituency. They have a legitimate expectation that they will continue enjoying them. Any of these constituencies should not be lost in any way."
