    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I wish to thank the Minister for that answer. She has confirmed that there were 17 cases of polio. According to WHO standards, one case of polio is serious enough. This is a contagious disease and I am glad that the Minister is talking of 12 high risk districts. It can easily spread to the whole of the country. This is a disease that is supposed to have disappeared from the face of the earth. She has also confirmed that the reasons are low immunity which is 40 per cent, scarcity of drinking water and poor human waste disposal. I would like her to confirm what leadership role her Ministry is going to play to ensure that other Government Ministries that will be able to commit themselves to the provisions of what is lacking"
