"content": " Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. Let me welcome students and teachers from Ng’iya Girls High School, who are from my constituency of Alego Usonga. I wish to inform the House that this is the oldest girls’ school in the entire Nyanza region. Also, it is the only national school in Alego Usonga Constituency. This school has had notable alumni in this House. The former Member for Gem, the Late (Dr) Grace Ogot; the International Criminal Court (ICC) Judge Justice Joyce Aluoch and the Late Orie Rogo Manduli, were alumni of this school. There are so many notable Kenyans who went through this school. It is a very special school. I welcome the teachers and the students to observe the proceedings of this House. I am proud of their school because it continuously excels in national examinations. I know that seated in the gallery are girls who will join this House in the future. I want to tell them that this House belongs to them and they should not limit their ambitions and work hard to ensure that they become Members of Parliament. Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker."
