A few weeks ago, the substantive Speaker ruled that Hon Members will be given an opportunity to speak if they have their cards. If you do not have one, they are available at the Clerk’s Office. You can get them to make our work easier. Also, if you have a school visiting from your constituency, write on a piece of paper and place it on my table here to avoid distracting me. This will give everyone an opportunity. With that, I will give two minutes to the Member for Rangwe, Hon. Lilian Gogo, because I know that she is a former student of Ng’iya Girls High School."
