    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, as you are aware, my Departmental Committee overseas the Ministry of Water and Irrigation, Ministry of Environment and Mineral Resources, Ministry of Forestry and Wildlife, and Ministry of Lands. Pursuant to Standing Order No.152, the Committee met with the Ministers and senior members of staff of the four Ministries, beginning July, 7th 2009. That process necessitated 12 sittings and the Report of that Committee was laid on the Table of this House."
