    "content": "I will only comment on just a few of the issues which have been raised. First, is the issue of land tenure in Kenya. Although a lot of times we talk about the land policy in this country, very few people have managed to think about the effects of the politics to land tenure. Quite often, any pronouncement that we make on the sanctity of title deeds affects anybody who wishes to invest in this country."
