    "content": "It is not only the Ministry of Lands that deals with land. There are several crosscutting Ministries which deal with land issues which would form the national spatial data infrastructure. Such Ministries as the Minister has just mentioned when he was talking about doing boundaries for hydrographics, you should ask your selves: What does hydrographics entail? It will go all the way to include the Ministry of Environment and Mineral Resources. It will have data for natural resources, agricultural resources and a whole host of Ministries."
