    "content": " Thank you, Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker. I stand here to support this Motion. First, I would like to congratulate this Minister for the improvement that he has done in the Ministry of Lands since he took office. However, a few things need to be pointed out. First, by his own admission, he says only Nyanza and Western Provinces have been completed as far as land adjudication is concerned. This is a matter that should concern this House because 45 years after Independence, we still have six provinces where land adjudication has not been completed."
