    "content": "The third question is as follows- (3) Conduct an investigation and furnish a comprehensive report on the recent matter at Kenya Railways concerning an officer who served on probation as General Manager of Supply Chain Management from 24th June, 2023 to 15th February, 2024 and was further appointed to the position of Procurement Manager following the completion of a probation period. (iv) Recommend measures to be implemented by the relevant authorities to mitigate disputes between Government and civil servants serving on probation."
