    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, I beg to move- THAT Clause 5 of the Bill be amended in subsection (2) by deleting the words “business or company which” and substituting therefor the words “person who”. The justification is that this amendment seeks to capture all legal persons and not just businesses or companies. This amendment will ensure equity in application of the exemption."
