    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, I beg to move- THAT Clause 11 (4) of the Bill be amended— (a) in paragraph (a) by deleting the word “two” and substituting therefor the word “point five (0.5%)”; (b) by inserting the following new paragraph immediately after paragraph (b)— (c) not less than point five percent (0.5%) of the monies to the county committees for the administration of the County Committees as may be approved by the Cabinet Secretary for the time being responsible for the National Treasury."
