    "content": "Okay. Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, I am trying to explain why we are limiting these houses to one person; for one individual, one house. For instance, you could have 100 wives, 10 to 20 children, but we are saying these houses are meant for the poor people and for the low-income earners. If we say that we are allowing everybody to buy what he wants, then everyone will not get what he wants. What we want is for those people to get what they want, so that these houses can be equally distributed. Consequently, that is the justification of this clause."
