    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Chairman, Sir. I beg to move- THAT the First Schedule of the Bill be amended— (a) in paragraph 1 by deleting the words “at least half” appearing in sub-paragraph (4) and substituting therefor the word “majority”; and (b) in paragraph 2 by deleting the words “fifty plus one” and substituting therefor the words “majority”. The justification for this is that this amendment seeks to clarify the number of members who can convene an extraordinary meeting which is the majority of the members of the committee."
