    "content": "As a matter of policy, if you are given Government land in order to carry out some activity, if you fail to do so, we will not register that transaction. You will not be able to pass it over to another person. This is because you are one amongst very few Kenyans to be given a piece of land. Once you get it, you will not be allowed to sell it without doing something on it. Banks should take note of this; that if it is a fresh grant or allocation, there are always conditions that the bank cannot use that particular piece of land to give out loans for any other purpose other than developing that piece of land. I think that should be noted."
