    "content": "Hon. Senators, that being the case, I wish to guide the Senate as follows– (a) The examination of the witness to take a maximum of 20 minutes. (b) The cross-examination to take a maximum of 15 minutes. (c) Re-examination to take a maximum of 10 minutes. Upon the discharge of the witness, the hearing programme will proceed as indicated in the Order Paper, namely, the evidence by the Deputy Governor. The Senate is, therefore, accordingly guided. Let us proceed, you may now call the witness to take the stand. Clerk, proceed to call the next Order."
