    "content": "Not at all. You see, this is an occurrence which is happening at the home of the Deputy Governor. I learnt about it at the County Assembly when the Motion was being tabled. That is the first time I heard about it. As I said earlier, this is unusual because all operations of enforcement need to be reported to my office. That is why I tasked my deputy to investigate this incident and report to me. In the report that the deputy gave me, he said, the reason the sub-county administrator and commander did not report is not very clear and they have initiated disciplinary procedures against those officers."
