    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, before I resumed the Office of the Director of Enforcement as the Acting Director, I was the Deputy Director, but in charge of the Municipality. About the deployment and how we react, normally, in these operations, if there is an incident happening at the sub-county level, the person who is in charge of those officers is the sub-county enforcement commander, who reports to the Director's Office directly through the Deputy Director of Enforcement in charge of sub-counties. Once the office is aware, we take charge of that activity and monitor closely so that we can report accordingly."
