    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. I stand to support the Ministry’s budget. This is a crucial Ministry in this country. A lot of foreign earnings for this country come as a result of the activities of this Ministry. There are a couple of things that I would also like to add that I think are important. I find it a bit interesting that the Ministry has not found it necessary to work on the Rural Electrification Programme. In an area like Ndaragwa, we can only benefit from Aberdares Forest if some power is provided to the fence. In so doing, the neighbouring communities will benefit. There will be a lot of sense for us to continue taking care of the forest that has been next to us."
