    "content": "Secondly, even as we are discussing the issues of Mau Complex and what human beings have done to it, we have failed to note that over 80,000 acres of the forest cover of the Aberdares Forest has disappeared because of the huge fires that have continued to wreck havoc. Sometimes, it takes even three or four weeks before anybody goes there to put out the fire. Without the fire command stations or posts, we will continue losing this forest cover even if we get human beings away from Mau Complex and other water towers. It is also important that the Ministry takes care of the forest even as we all support the fact that human activity should be reduced to the minimum within those towers."
