The money went from the mother, to Dennis then to the Deputy Governor. If indeed, it was a debt it would have been sent directly either by him or the mother to the Deputy Governor. However, he has made a curious comment. That it was for his own financial management. I want him to clarify that for me. It does not make financial sense for money to move through those three stages incurring transfer charges. What do you mean by your own financial management?
