    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, finally, I wish to inform the House that the Ministry has other programmes that assist in enhancing access, participation and retention in secondary schools, including those in ASALs and other drought-hit areas. That is meant to reduce the burden on parents. Those programmes include ASALs grants, laboratory equipment grants, infrastructure grants, constituency bursary grants and the Economic Stimulus Programme."
