    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I wish to thank the Assistant Minister for attempting to answer my Question. He is well aware that the quota system is basically not helping. The country is in a situation where we need the students to mix much more, so that they feel like they belong to this country, and not to an ethnic group. These days, students are born in a village and go to primary and secondary school in the same village. The universities are also opening up campuses in the villages."
