Given that the Government had committed itself to waive school fees for students in districts that were hit by drought, and that the information was communicated to the House by none other than the Right hon. Prime Minister, why did the Government have to wait until students were chased away from schools, given the fact that there is no way that boarding schools could maintain students unless school fees was paid? Why did the Government take that long? Could he also assure us that the money will be paid immediately? He cannot tell us that we will wait for another one week."
