However, is he in order to mislead the House by saying that they had budgeted when they do not know the exact number? How can you budget for a figure that you do not have? You must have a figure on the basis of which you prepare a budget. So, why are you misleading the country? You are not willing to help. You have defied your own Prime Minister. That has been confirmed."
