    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, in the Masimba Ward Report, it is indicated that there were no members. When it is not properly advertised, public participation becomes an issue because you will realise that not many people read newspapers. So, sometimes it is possible that the people of Masimba Ward did not get to see the advert in the newspaper because we were not doing local advertisements from local stations. It was the newspaper that was being used. So, I am assuming that it could have been possible, but most people were not able to reach out to this advert. On the second question of how many were for the Deputy Governor and how many were for impeachment. I will say that the majority, about 80 per cent, were for the impeachment and 20 per cent were, of course, in defence of the Deputy Governor."
