"content": " Thank you, Madam Temporary Speaker. I will draw the attention of the Senate to Page 284 of the bundle of documents by the county assembly. I confirm that the affidavit speaks about a situation of going concern. It speaks about an anticipated event. If you look at the agreement, it is true it was done in July, 2022. The elections were to be conducted on 9th August, 2022. The agreement was that if he was to be successful then, he would employ six children for him, subsequent to which he would give him a set-off of Kshs300,000.
