I rise on a point of order under Standing Order No.97 and Standing Order No.98 regarding an answer given by the Ministry of Agriculture in this House to a Question asked on 22nd July, 2009. On the Order Paper of that day, I asked a Question regarding whether there was imported GMO maize in the country or not. The Minister for Agriculture denied that any GMO maize had been imported into this country. He stated that no such maize had been imported, and so he could not answer that Question in any way possible. I would like table the HANSARD of that day as evidence of the Ministerâs answer."
