Is the Assistant Minister in order to mislead the House when it was none other than the Prime Minister who clearly stated that fees would be waived? So, when the Prime Minister said that school fees would be waived, did that mean that there were subsidies? Where was the rest going to come from? Why is the Assistant Minister misleading the House?"
