    "content": "I fell sick after thinking very hard for almost one-and-a- half weeks of what transpired and when one of my brothers, who is a doctor, came home he took my pressure. I thought that it was only my sugars which were bad, but my pressure was reading over 200. He told me that I was very sick and needed to be rushed to the hospital. That is why I was brought to Nairobi. Before, I never had such kind of problems. I was not on these injections. I was not on the many drugs, but I was taking a few tablets to control my sugar and blood pressure. However, right now, I am in very bad shape. Even my legs are swollen"
