Similarly, on the same day, the Office of the Clerk of the Senate received a response to the invitation to appear issued to the County Assembly of Kisii vide a letter referenced No. CAK/3/1/Cs/003/2024 dated the 8th of March, 2024, the Speaker of the County Assembly of Kisii informed the Senate that Messrs Ndegwa and Ndegwa Advocates had been appointed by the County Assembly of Kisii to represent the County in the hearing and that the County Assembly will appear and be represented by the advocates.
