    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, there is the second limb of what he was asking that what becomes of public participation. Public participation in itself is a wild animal. You would not know what will come out of it. However, my position is that if in the public participation, someone was to say that they had been victims of corruption from the same person facing an impeachment, that should then be a stand-alone case that goes back to the Assembly. It cannot be a basis of a case before the Senate because you will be placing the subject of the impeachment in a situation where he has no chance of responding to the new allegation brought in through the public participation."
