Deputy Speaker, I beg to give notice of the following Motion: THAT, this House adopts the Report of the Departmental Committee on Defence, Intelligence and Foreign Relations on its consideration of the African Union Convention on Cross-Border Cooperation, laid on the Table of the House on Thursday, 14th March 2024 and pursuant to the provisions of section 8(4) of the Treaty Making and Ratification Act, 2012, approves the ratification of the African Union Convention on Cross-Border Cooperation (Niamey Convention).
