    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, it is common knowledge that if there is no complaint lodged, it becomes very difficult for us to arrest a suspect. As I speak, the Administration Policeman and the regular police officer have been arrested. We said last week that they must be arrested because the complainant has already recorded the statement and the law covers all of us, irrespective of where you come from, your position and what you believe in. So, we have arrested those two police officers and they will be arraigned in court. That is why we have a case file number. If those people have not been taken to court, I challenge the hon. Member to come back to me. Thank you."
