    "content": " For your information, it is only in the last election that a substantive number of the former Members of Parliament came in. The tradition has been that only a maximum of 15 per cent of incumbents get re-elected. As you put it, when we come here, we behave like we will never come out of it until we become victims after the next election. As someone who has been around for longer than most, I have seen this happen time and time again. The majority of us who are here now will not come back to this House after the next election."
