    "content": " Hon. Temporary Speaker, first of all, I thank the Leader of the Majority Party for being very candid on cabinet secretaries’ matters and what they do. It is very unfortunate because they had the same excuse last week. We amended our Standing Orders in the last Parliament to allow cabinet secretaries to be coming here instead of chairs of committees answering written Questions. That is how important it is for them to come to the Floor of the House. The Leader of the Majority Party has indicated this."
