Is the Minister in order to mislead the House by saying that there are isolated cases when I know that in my own constituency, the two secondary schools sent students home en masse, and it had to take my intervention, as the Member of Parliament, and use the Constituencies Development Fund (CDF) kitty for the students to be back to the schools?
