    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker. I support this Report. As other speakers have said, disability is not inability. We have the Constitution and there is the Persons with Disabilities Act, 2003. We are lacking in implementation of the same. Currently, we are still talking about people with disabilities not being able to access some places. We need to know that there are a lot of issues with PWDs in the country, even when it comes to employment. We are talking about the employment of people with disabilities and yet, it is reported that only very few members of some communities are employed in some sectors."
