    "content": "Hon. Temporary Speaker, disabled people are not only discriminated in employment as we are discussing now, but right from childhood. When a family has two children; one disabled and another abled, they tend to support the abled child more in terms of feeding. Discrimination starts right from childhood, through the education system, employment and even burial. When a disabled people dies, the send-off they are given is different from an abled person. We need to set up institutions that will take care of PWDs. Hon. Temporary Speaker, finally, I beg to move this Report."
