They should have given the MDAs that do not have land title deeds a specific time frame within which they need to regularise their parcels of land. I hope the Chair of the Committee is listening. In paragraph 13 of the Report, you should have made it clear that they should regularise the ownership of their title deeds within six or 12 months. How do you do that?
