    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to pay special commendation to the officers who are in charge of rural electrification, and I want to mention Mr. Zachary Ayieko. Why we are interested to know who that man is and what those officers are all about is because it is very exciting to go to your rural area and see yourself in the dark. This is a new phenomenon for Kenya and it must not be taken lightly or for granted. That is why I am saying that, that is one of the Ministries that is visible."
