"content": "The Minister has given in details the most burning issues. Those are the issues that have been creating barriers in the operations of the Ministry. I want to support him; first of all, for the role he has been playing to improve the lives of Kenyans, especially the laying of infrastructure by the Ministry of Energy. I would like to support the establishment of the headquarters of the Ministry. It is extremely impossible for the Ministry to operate with scattered branches.
