(3) Provide a breakdown of the total procurement expenditures for each mentioned county government for the FY 2022/2023, explaining any deviation from the approved procurement plan, if any. (4) Outline measures in place by county governments to monitor and enforce strict adherence to approved budgets with the objective of forestalling the accumulation of unnecessary pending bills.
