"content": "Electrification Programme (REP). Each constituency, including mine, got Kshs17.5 million. This year, the Minister for Finance decided to slash that amount by about Kshs500 million which has affected all constituencies in this country. Each constituency has been given Kshs15.4 million for the purpose of this programme. The Minister for Finance must tell the nation, including the people of Dujis who I represent, why we lost Kshs2 million under the REP allocation."
