    "content": "Secondly, I would like to touch on the Statement raised by Sen. Orwoba. The hospitals within Nairobi City County do not only serve the residents of Nairobi. People from rural areas come to these facilities, Mama Lucy and Mbagathi Hospital, just to mention a few. The bed capacity, the facilities, the nurses and the doctors must be taken care of. The County Government of Nairobi should ensure that the facilities are kept well to serve Nairobi residents and those referred from upcountry to seek medical attention in Nairobi County. I support the Statements. Thank you."
