    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to thank the Minister because he has set out to buy energy saving bulbs. He is also considering expanding the local capacity of the geothermal energy. All that is fine, but we still have very serious constraints in terms of supply because even as the Minister works hard to roll out the connectivity in the country, he has a big challenge in supplying the actual energy. I think it is time we, as a country, thought out of the box, invested in nuclear energy so that we not only make our goods and services competitive, but the Minister can then concentrate on reaching every corner of this country."
