    "content": "The problem with such infrastructure is that when you come to the Parliament or public and announce that we are looking for land, usually the prices shoot up. It is inflated. The good news is that we are discussing this with an already established investor. Therefore, we have made it clear to the investor that land acquisition will be fairly on concessional terms, considering that they are also leaseholders from the Government of Kericho County.
