    "content": " Thank you very much. I also thank my colleagues who contributed quite generously and lessened the Okello family's burden to pass a dignified send off to the late brother. We hope that God will keep him in His glory. The second limb of my concern relates to a communication that came from the National Government-Constituency Development Fund (NG-CDF) Board yesterday to our respective fund managers. In that communication, all fund managers are required to recall the proposals and remove anything touching on toilets to Junior Secondary Schools.
