    "content": "Hon. Temporary Speaker, the Public Seal needs to be given to an office where Government documents are kept. I am opposing the clause in the Bill that seeks to remove the Public Seal from the Office of the Attorney-General. The Public Seal cannot be placed in the Public Service Office. I oppose that amendment. The Public Seal must be kept in the Office of the Attorney-General."
