    "content": "PWDs are not really known in Kenya because they are hidden. The cultural stereotypes and traditional concepts of viewing disabilities are still alive in this country. Therefore, we need civic education to create deep awareness to have complete and accurate national data on PWSD; for them to be accordingly remunerated and be seen as extreme cases of disability and not just ordinary people with disabilities (PWD). With that short contribution, I fully support the Motion. Thank you."
